Has anybody used RCI/Wyndham vacation protection?

It costs $104 and lists the following info on the ad:

My family has reservations to Disney's Saratoga Springs next month for spring break, but we are thinking of canceling due to coronavirus fears. The vacation protection sounds too good to be true and wanted to see if anybody had used it before. We used 105,000 Wyndham points for the trade through RCI. Thanks in advance.

Yes, I used this to cancel a Saratoga Springs exchange a few weeks ago when I was able to make a new exchange for Boulder Ridge Villas. You will get all of your points back, but not your exchange fee. You will need to pay a new exchange fee when you ultimately do confirm a new exchange.

It is not too good to be true but you do pay for it... I have used this several times with no issues but as said above, you lose the booking fee.
