Harbour Lake Exchange Power

Can someone give me their experience with trading this unit and how well it trades through II? I have someone who is willing to pretty much give me an EOY Harbour Lake unit. We go to Orlando every year but would still problem lock it off and deposit for trading.

You didn't indicate what season it was you were looking to get. How it will trade depends a lot on when and where you want to travel. The Marriott II preference should get you just about anywhere during off/shoulder seasons. Getting those big prime exchanges are hard even for the prime resort/season owners. Take a read through the Grande Vista thread as it should give you some information as Grande Vista and Harbour Lake have similar trade power, with the edge going to Grande Vista. For trading back in to Orlando, you should be able to lock off and trade up at least one unit size, perhaps two (with the studio) depending on when you want to travel.

OceanWatch and Frenchman's Cove were on-going requests. I have also had on-going requests match for SurfWatch for the middle of August but released it since Labor Day works better for us and I really wanted Grande Ocean instead... I've always locked off and the on-going searches I put in are for resorts that only have 2 Bedrooms or larger...

The sightings board has been great for when Marriott bulk deposits! The others were grabbed during those searches. We have not tried for Hawaii destinations yet since SC to FL are drivable to us and the Caribbean is an easier flight from the east coast..
