Harbour Lake Amenities Open in June

FYI for anyone looking to stay at Harbour Lake in Orlando in the near future, we got an email with info on the amenities that are open/closed, we are staying the week of July 4, pirate play area is closed right now FYI:

We have the following amenities available to you:

• Barbecue gas grills – Utensils available at the Front Desk
• Fitness Center - Sign out key at Front Desk
• Florida Falls pool, hot tub, and waterpark - Pool towels only available in your villa
• Key Lime Greens - Equipment available at the Front Desk
• Recreation Station - Equipment available at Front Desk
• Sports Court and Volleyball Court – Equipment available at the Front Desk

In response to the spread of COVID-19, we have added touchless hand sanitizer stations on the ground floor elevator landing, fitness room, lobby and near restrooms. Staff members will now be wearing masks and have new guidelines to follow to ensure the safety of all. We have also implemented enhanced cleaning protocols for high frequency guest touch points including the following areas:

• Barbecue Grills
• Door handles throughout the property
• Elevator buttons and carriage
• Lobby counters and door handles
• Pool chairs and Pool gates
• Public Restrooms
• Villa door handles

The amenities below will be unavailable and currently do not have an opening date:

• Arcade
• Outpost
• Patio Bar & Grill
• Recreation Office

· Resort Daily Activities

• Shipwreck Landing Pool
• Housekeeping Services (supplies can be provided to you upon request)

We are here now-the Pirate ship pool is open, Play area is open, (as well as Florida Falls pool) they had to replace the netting around the ship. Have spent the last 2 afternoons at this pool. Supposedly the pool bars are opening June 21 or 22 per front desk staff.

• Sports Court and Volleyball Court – Equipment available at the Front Desk

The equipment is checked out at the activity center (past the little lounge area). Housekeeping isn't running but will drop supplies off promptly. Limited activity schedule daily-we played bingo today; have bought the refillable bowls for daily ice cream social (I wasn't in danger of gaining weight with the quarantine until now LOL). We are here for two weeks and normally tomorrow would be our change day-they will drop stuff off and we change out. I don't really mind. It is still better than being home and doing WFH! Seems only 2 buildings are in use right now as well so not crowded anywhere at all.

They are trying to go around and wipe down chairs and tables at the pool between guests. Hand sanitizer by elevator.
It is really a fun resort. Enjoying our stay here. As per usual the staff is simply outstanding. The villas have received a refresh since my last stay here in 2018.

Thanks for the update - we'll be up (or across, I guess...) the road at Grande Vista in three weeks and are hoping they have all the pools and food/beverage places up by then.

Some pictures fro our view and my walk to pool this afternoon. Socially distanced chairs at pool, and markings at ice cream window (and needed at 3 o’clock when it opens!). We’ve not even made it to Florida Falls pool- more space at the Pirate pool with activities here and of course- the 3 o’clock ice cream social Busier today though
