Harbortown Pt. Smoke Free....

I recently received our maint. fee packet, and learned that Harbortown Pt. in Ventura will become smoke-free as of Jan. 1, 2009. Like Marriott, smoking will be prohibited on balconies, patios and common areas, as well as inside the buildings. There will be some smoking areas, however.

There may have been something about this already, but I couldn't find it. Jean
