Harborside does not have ROFR. The reason why it takes so long is because real estate transactions for deeded properties is handled by lawyers and the British court system in the Bahamas.

Tom, was the entire sale done in 4 weeks or just the time the closing statements were approved to close? That is amazing....good for you.
