My 2009 trip is coming up in a few weeks. Last year through the mystarcentral system, I put in several requests for things like daily maid service, a crib, and a high chair, in addition to a location request.

Well, when we arrived at the resort, it seems none of this actually made it into Harborside's systems.

Have other run into this poor communication, or was this an unusual mistake? Do the experts out there have suggestions as to what is the best way of putting in requests at Harborside?

We made requests by calling the SVN Concierge service for Atlantis then confirming when we got there. I don't think the rollaway bed request got in to Harborside's system, though, now that I think about it....

Call the resort, MSC is for recreational use only.

We planned a couple excursions through SVN before we left from Harborside. We paid SVN in advance, got receipts, and a nicely typed out itenerary via e-mail before we left. It told us where to wait for the bus and everything. But sure enough...the bus never came. We had to run inside and talk the concierge and they got on the phone with the right people to get us going. Good thing I had everything printed out and with me or there was no way we were going...

I think there is some definte lack of communication going on!
