Harborside fees

Would someone kindly remind me of the added fees for Harborside? I think the membership fee is my Abound Fee. My Westin Lagunamar only has the maintenance fee.

Maintenance fee $ 1,890.83
Tax $ 244.30
Membership fee $ 290.00
Other $ 262.07

Since Harborside is mandatory and not in Abound, only the VSN fee applies to post August 2022 resales. $290 sounds like the Abound Club Dues. I don't know the VSN Fee for 2025, but it should be in the $180 range.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
It would be in abound if you purchased direct or even resale before late 2022 (ish) which is when Harborside was finally allowed to join abound.
The other fee might be the Atlantis facilty charge or additional vat or reserves. Without seeing the breakdown of the MF's one I can't tell which of those things are missing.

Harborside is just chock full of fees.

Condo Assessment $ 807.95
Value Added Tax $ 244.30
Atlantis Facilities Fee $ 262.07
Presidential Club Dues $ 290.00
Total $2,687.20 (Increase of $196.32 from last year.)

This will vary on unit size and also a difference between phase I and II.

I have been a Haborside owner for over a decade. I am floored by my latest bill. I own a 1 BR premium every year. Just a few years ago my bill was under $2000. Which of these fees can I get rid of?
2025 Vacation Ownership Assessment $1,181.34
Condo Assessment $881.40
Value Added Tax $257.48
Atlantis Facilities Fee $262.07
Owner Dues $250

Total $2,832.29

Many times I have exchange Haborside for Maui and rented it for $2200-2300 net to me and it more than covered my fees for the year.

I don't remember ever being charged Atlantis. When di value added tax start?

At this point it looks like I never rent out my week and cover my maintenance fees.
