Hi, I own a floating week phase 2 at Harborside. I have a reservation that I have for the last week in July of this year. My question is with the Covid-19 virus what are my options to either move, bank, or cancel my reservations. Tried calling but lines are tied up.
Thanks, Ray

You can do all three as long as you are 60+ days away from your reservation arrival date. Also, unless you are 3*, 4* or 5* Elite your banking deadline is July 1.

Thank you for the reply Robert. Can you tell me if I were to bank my Star Options, how long do I have to use them?

Banked options would normally be good through December 2022. However, it will depend on when your reservation is. When are you supposed to checkin?

Cancel online NOW. Then you will be able to bank your StarOptions to be good through December 2022. If you wait too long, it may end up too late and you will have options restricted to 120 days of checkin and only good through December 2021.

Also, keep in mind that StarOptions can only be used for reservations 8 months in advance of checkin. Even at your home resort. Also, subject to availability.

It will probably be open by then. Bright side is there may be much less people there making it actually relaxing.
