We own several timeshares at Harborside and no longer use this 1 BR Deluxe unit at Harborside Resort at Atlantis in the Bahamas.

This unit is in phase 1 so it is automatically reserved for week 6 every year but it also floats during the Platinum Season (week 1-17 or 50-52) or can be used as 67,100 Star Options within the Vistana/Sheraton/Westin System.

Full access to the Harborside Waterpark, Restaurants and Casino for 4 people is included in the maintenance fee.

This unit is for use in odd years only, starting in 2021.

Buyer to pay $1,200 toward closing costs and $800 toward maintenance fee - so $2,000 total to own.
(Maintenance Fee is charged half every year for a total of $1,600 for each USE year).
