I know there has been discussion about the 2 for 1 Marriott dining certificates that are sold on eBay, but I have not found the exact answer I am looking for.

Has anyone used one of these "half-priced dining" certificates in Oahu - preferrably the JW Marriott Ilihani Resort. Technically the T&C on the cert says that it cannot be used at a "resort", but I thought that I had read otherwise.

Please note that this is different than the "dinner for two" certs that can be purchased from Marriott.

Thanks,

Terry

I have used these before but not at a resort though I have never tried. The ones I am talking about are the ones that gold and platinum Marriott members receive annually.

Best I can tell, this is a gold member's printout of his/her emailed certificate.
