Hacienda Del Mar not showing as exchange on RCI after January 2020

We own week at HDM and another week in Branson which we've been able to trade on RCI for an additional week at HDM. When I go on the RCI website and search for HDM it only shows exchangable dates into Dec 2019. I want a week in January 2020. The site shows the week I want but there is not a icon to access that week. Is there a problem with RCI and HDM that I don't know about? It almost looks that they've parted company effective Jan 1,2020.

Any insight?

When does your membership expire with RCI? I don't think you can seach beyond the term of your membership.

I think Dave may be right about the cause. This is what I see for it in RCI:

FYI, they have also recently started showing up as an affiliate in Third Home, but this doesn't seem to have changed their availability in RCI.

On the RCI weeks side, it doesn’t show anything beyond when my deposit expires when I search. You should be able to see the January weeks, though.

You also can't search past your latest deposit.

Just spoke to RCI Weeks representative. She said that there was no exchange availability for RCI Weeks in January. I'd also inquired about other Cabo resorts in January and she indicated that there was no exchange availability on RCI Weeks for any non-inclusive resort in Cabo area.

Interesting! Rechecked my search and show the same weeks in January 2020 listed as available as I posted before. It’s via points, but marked as weeks. Which one were you looking for?

I noticed that in the "Fees" section and under "Restrictions" it states that the 1 in 4 rule applies. Could that be why you are not seeing the ability to book? Has this changed recently?
