We are booked thru RCI to arrive at hacienda del mar on sat the 17th
december but wont actually arrive until the 18th. We are booked into a three
bedroom and based on tug and trip advisor i have big expectations of a
huge suite witn large balcony with jacuzzi on it, ect.. I am concerned
that due to late arrival, they will give us leftovers. I have seen reviews
of people being but in connecting hotel rooms. I have sent two emails to
the property with no response. I do not have i ternational calling on my
phone so i cant call...any suggestions on how to make sure we get what
we are expecting....?=0D=0A=0D=0AThank you so much=0D=0ALibby kemmer

We were there in October-there is some renovation/construction going on so some areas of the resort are blocked off. We had a three bedroom with a relatively large balcony-we turned down the first unit as it smelled of smoke(it was on 2 levels and did not have jacuzzi on balcony) Our unit was fine but it is now fairly dated (new TV'S though) -don't expect too much from the jacuzzi-it is really a bathtub with jets on the balcony and may or may not work-not too clean and we never used it) It is a great resort so I would not worry too much about which specific unit!! I stayed in a 3 bedroom unit this past summer. RCI exchangers are not given the best locations, regardless of what time you check in. We were not given a dedicated 3 bedroom unit, but were given adjoining one and two bedroom units. That arrangement gave us four bathrooms, one more than we would have had in the 3 bedroom unit. It also gave us an additional small living/kitchen area. We had no jacuzzi on the balcony, but it was way too hot in August to use it anyway.

I was at first displeased with the unit and location but quickly got over that and we had a fabulous time at the resort. Enjoy!!
