Hacienda del Mar Construction

I was there in April. The only construction going on was some remodeling and furniture being replaced that was going on in the right hand side building. We didnt hear any noise.
The closed down hotel to the side of this property had no construction going on,though rumored to being bought by Marriott.
We thought the hotel was very nice even though some reviewers on tripadvisor thought otherwise.

Hacienda Del Mar
Hyatt Hacienda Del Mar is a GEM in the (Currently Rough). I spent so much exchange time there that I bought in to one a year ago. (Like I sent all of DEC there last year. The beach is secluded, quite and very nice. Or you can stay at the other end of the Golf course that the Hacienda Del mar is on at the new Ritz Carlton Resort / Residences for upwards of $1400 a night.
There is NO construction going on at the property. The Old Ceramar beach Hyatt right next door will be developed by the same people (Caribbean Properties Group) that developed the new Ritz Carlton up the golf course. Who then hired Ritz Carlton as the operator.
Rumor is that they will someday develop / replace the old Hyatt Ceramar Beach Hotel next to the Hacienda del mar club and that one to be manager by JW Marriott. (that's the latest rumor ) In any case something will happen there, some day in the future.
I do own at 3 other Hyatt Residence club properties also. Just FYI.
