I just snagged a nice trade for a 2 BR unit at Gulf Tides of Longboat Key for 2/13 to 2/20 (Presidents Week) in 2010.

Used my Royal Dunes 3 BR week for May of 2008 as a trade.

I know its 18 months out, but I decided to go for it.
