Does anyone know how to get a guest confirmation for a Club Season reservation online? I didn't see any such option when poking around my existing reservation on the web site. Or do I need to call customer service and do this over the phone. I believe the charge is $39.

As of a couple months ago, you still had to call cust svc to get the guest name on the reservation ($39 at that time).

I suppose it's at least an opportunity to vent on the poor cust svc rep and remind them what a ridiculous fee this is to have to pay. I know it's not the rep's fault, and more importantly I'm about certain it's not going to change the policy of charging the fee. I just can't stand being charged for something that we absolutely ought not be charged.

Sorry for the venting.

I've discovered that if I book using the Revolutions system, I can add the guest cert online (the $39 charge is still applicable) but the person actually gets the email instead of me.

Vs, if I use the "old" reservation system, you'd put a guest name on there and nothing would ever come of it and you'd end up calling the 800# and then they'd charge the $39 over the phone and the person still wouldn't receive the email (I'd have to forward it)

When I book thru Revolutions 2 years ago, it had a "change" order option to change the guest name and charged $0! I tried to do it so this year, I found it did not have the "change" option screen any more! I'm so upset about this stupid gift cert charge that we are not supposed to pay! ( because the sales rep said any of my family members and friends can use freely when I bought timeshare!)

Look at it this way: They can use the TS freely; you are paying to stay away.
