We'll be checking into an HRC resort in a couple of weeks. Friends will be joining us but staying in separate units (checking in on different days, but at least a few days will be at the same time).
Is it necessary to purchase a guest certificate?
If we happened to be doing a separate activity while they arrived would they have any trouble checking in?
In the past when I've booked multiple rooms with the same check in date, I just put them all in my name and checked everyone in. Should I be doing that? Should I be purchasing a guest certificate?
It's not a big deal at all (I mean it's only $30), but just curious what the rules are and what everyone thinks.
