While I'm always mildly not giddy to pay 9K in maintenance fees... I do it, I get through it, I have a cookie.

This is now my 3rd try to get it to go through via the website as it keeps getting stuck on Billing Information. I have now tried every possible combination of my husband and my name, telephone and email address.

Please, I beg you Marriott..... just take the money.

My billing information, name, address and phone number has been the same since I bought into the system 19 years ago. And the same for closing on another week and then two separate trust point purchases.

I know..... it is just.... frustrating.

I'm fairly certain that the "billing information" section is related to the credit card you are using to make the payment. So, the name, address, etc needs to match with the credit card records or if you are using the e-check function, the bank account. BTW - when I log into my account, my name, address and email pre-fills the "owner info" section. But if I am using a cc that just has my first and middle initials, then I need to correct the info so the credit card properly charges.

Also, are you paying from the "primary" account's holder. That is where the bills should be located via the drop down menu.

@LeslieDet is correct.....

One other hint: if your hubby is a Jr. be sure not to use the Jr. designation on the credit card information input. For some reason it never works. Been there, done that.

Are you checking all the boxes and entering the correct cc security code and expiring date.

There is an issue for some paying through the website. It took multiple calls with Marriott to get access to the maintenance fees/club dues section of the website without getting a 505 website error. Once access was gained it would not process a payment. I did not spend time working with Marriott to figure out why and just paid over the phone. Not an issue in previous years.

Did you try a different browser? Sometimes even login doesn't work on some browsers.
