Great Waterfront Restaurants That Are Worth the Drive From DC : Washingtonian (DC)

Looks like the vast majority of this list on "worth the drive" are more "along the drive" many Washingtonians take to the beach areas of southern Delaware and Ocean City, MD. Not one restaurant on the actual water north of the Annapolis area, ignoring dozens of good waterfront restaurants on the north end of the Chesapeake Bay in places like Dundalk, Bowleys Quarters, Northeast, and Harve de Grace, that don't require dealing with the traffic across the Bay Bridge.
