Great Smoky Mountains Resort 2BD/2BA May 22/29 $450 for week

The Great Smoky Mountains and fresh outdoor air are calling.

Memorial Day week May 22nd Friday check-in and May 29th check-out. Oakmont resort is located at the intersection of Veterans Blvd and Teaster Lane in Pigeon Forge Tennessee close to Patriot Park (nice walking track), the Old Mill district and The Island entertainment complex.

My reservation is for the largest 2 bedroom/2 bath unit at Oakmont. When Oakmont was in sales this unit was the sales model. If it is available. I always try to reserve this unit one year in advance. The unit's kitchen was remodeled this year with new counter tops, back splashes and cabinets.

The resort has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, playground, fire pit, activities room with pool table, mini golf and gas grills near your room.

The price is $450 for the week and there are no harassing timeshare sales people or check-in BS to deal with. PM me if you are interested or need more information.

Yes it does, but it is better in some areas of the resort than others. This is just another reason why I prefer this specific unit.

Also, is it on ground floor, and if on 2nd, is there an elevator?

The bedrooms have queens and there is sleeper sofa in the living area (largest in resort). The resort limits the number of guests to 6 for the 2 bedroom units. This is a ground floor unit, but from the front of the building there are stairs going down. If you park on the side of the building, you can walk down the main drive to the back of the building to where the unit's entry is located. This unit is the only one on this level. This level includes 3 gas grills on the unit side of the building, the resort's activity room, indoor pool, hot tub and sauna are in the middle section of the building The linen, towel exchange and small workout room are on the other side of the building.
