Great Lakes Timeshares

Is anyone aware of any timeshares that are waterfront along any of the Great Lakes? Lake Erie or Ontario are closer to me but I would consider others. Thank you.

The only one that comes to mind is Pinestead Reef in Traverse City, Michigan.

There are some in Collingwood ON which is on Georgian Bay which is off Lake Huron. I think most of the resorts are across the street from the water and not right on the water.

It is a hard area to justify and build a profitable timeshare resort model, as the demand is short in terms of the number of weeks, and just too much of the year is off season. Too hard to keep it a viable operations. It is why several Timeshares in Ontario have folded and ceased operations. An urban location like Toronto would work but I am not really sure why that one hasn't happened, other than the cost of real estate is crazy here. But it is in Vancouver as well and there is viable opportunities in BC.

Unless I'm mistaken, none of those are waterfront to Lake Michigan though...

Superior shores in two harbor’s Minnesota is on north shore of Lake Superior. And a couple in door county are on the Lake Michigan side.
