Grandview Points Value - 100,000

I am looking at a week at grandview that is listed at 100000 points. As far as I know the 2 bedrooms are worth 80,000, 98,0000, and 122,000. The fixed week is in the 122,000 point season. I have seen the estoppel and it lists 100,000. Is this contract worth 100,000 points? Or do you think it is worth it 122,000?

Week number is 39, the Unit is listed as 2 bedroom Float.
