Has anyone taken this call yet? Someone from the Grandview home office in Florida left two voicemail messages and will be trying again later night. They mentioned it is related to maintenance fees.

Does anyone know what this is about?

Nothing here.

I would think any updates about MF increases would be made via email. Any time someone gets a call, it always smells like a sales ploy or scam to me.

Please let us know what it turns out to be.

I'll go out on a limb here and say that the deal will be someone calling to 'get you out' of your MF. All you have to do is send them a few hundreds- or more. *SCAM*

If it's really 'corporate', on something legit, they'll notify you by mail.

No one ever cold-calls anyone to give them anything. Beware.

Keep us informed- with phone number and/or name if possible.

The call came from the parent company for Grandview, but it was not maintenance related.

She mentioned how long that I've had timeshare membership with them and that I qualify for a bonus vacation and that she would like to connect me with a travel planner but both myself and my ex-husband would need to be on the call to discuss.

I told her that I've been divorced for 5 years and he should have been removed from the title way back then. I filed the paperwork to do so.

At this point she seemed to be in hurry to get me off the phone and gave me the information about the title company I need to call and finished the call with no additional information.
