Use year dates 2020 and future years
Points available 289,280 + 98,000 for 2021 = 387,280
2020 maintenance fees $835 Paid
2021 maintenance fees to be determined would be due by Jan 1/21 and would be paid by buyer
Buyer to pay all fees and costs
LT Transfers approximately $215
Resort transfer fee $250
Estoppel letter if requested $100 - have copy of Deed should not be necessary
RCI- $98 if a current points owner, $224 if a new account (included first year membership fee)
