Anyone know what Grandview and/or Colonies at Williamsburg (both Vacation Village Resorts) is currently charging to convert a week at each (or either) resort to an RCI Points week?
I agree paying for a conversion is not worth it. I agree it is more affordable to buy a Grandview points resale than convert one.
I have not seen any RCI Points resales for the Colonies. Maybe it had been sold in RCI Points for 2 to 3 years at most.
Buying a Grandview enrolled in points resale is the way to go. Also keep an eye out for prime Woodstone or Regal Vistas in points. Harder to find, but the right week will yield points a little more efficiently than Grandview.
