Grandview Las Vegas and Hyatt-Welk San Diego
I'm interested in exiting or returning my 2 Grandview Time Shares.

Has anyone done this and have a contact with Grandview Owner Services.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Keep in mind that most timeshares are worth little or nothing. Also know that no one will take your weeks unless they are 100% paid in full.

There are many scammers out there that will tell you that they can get you out of your timeshare but will want upfront money to do so. Don't fall for it and keep your hands in your pockets.

Check with Grandview and see if they would be willing to take your two weeks back (assuming your loan is 100% paid off).

in almost all cases grandview ownerships have to be given away on the resale market.

a bit easier if its an ownership already enrolled in RCI points, but still a giveaway nonetheless.
