I think my mom and cousin will be staying there this summer. I looked at the website and it looks like the 2 bedroom is really two one bedrooms combined, is that true -- so will there be 2 living rooms, kitchens, w/d? Does anyone know if there are any handicapped units? Thanks.

We stayed there last year in a 2 bedroom lockout. It was a nice arrangements for two couples. Each side in complete as you noted. I could call the resort and ask them about barrier free units.

Yes, they are actually 1 bedroom units adjoined by a common vestibule. We were just there in October and shared a 2 bedroom (2 1 bedroom units) with my Brother and sister in law. It worked well as you can open the foyer doors and have the exterior door still shut to the outside world (hallway). Yes, there are stackable washer and dryers in each unit. This is a pretty nice resort but the walls are paper thin. We were placed in the newest building are were told it was only 7 months old. Pools are small and barbecues are sparse. Very active sales staff so beware upon checking in!;)

We have been to the Grandview twice- once in the Daisy Building and once in the Sage or Primrose, I forget which one. We like the older one better than the Daisy. It had the main pool right outside. It didn't have granite counters like the newer one, but it suited our needs better. We took another couple with us the first time we were there, and the set-up was great! There were two complete one-bedroom units. Having the South Point Casino right next door was a major plus. I have written two reviews.

Sorry I can't help with any information about handicapped units, but I pretty sure they are available, as it is a big resort.

Dori

Sorry
