Grandview at Las Vegas
Annual Grandview at Las Vegas 1 bedroom, weeks program, Friday check-in day (Unit 2-207A).

Week 46 (mid-November, sometimes overlaps with Thanksgiving!).

2024 maintenance fees of $455 paid. Seller to pay 2025 maintenance fees of $475 due 1 January. No mortgage/lien, deeded property.

Buyer to pay transfer fees. Happy to work with any reputable transfer or title company of the buyer's choice (LT Transfers seems popular on this forum, but I don't have direct experience).

Grandview at Las Vegas has continuously been awarded a Gold Crown Status with RCI since 2002. It is south of the strip adjacent to South Point Casino.
