Hello all,

My family will be staying at this resort in May for the first time. There will be 11 of us, one 6 year old. I have a few questions before we arrive.

We will be arriving early, around 12pm. Can we still check-in and use the pools if our rooms are not ready? Is there a place to store our luggage and to get changed into swimsuits?

Which buildings are newly refurbished? Also, which pool area has the kids pool? Do both main pools have a bar/grill?

Are there any Walmarts or grocery stores near by?

Is there a business center where we can get on the internet and print tickets if we need to?

Thank you for any help!
Michelle

Hello all,

Yes you can. They can hold your bags for you. There are restrooms and perhaps even lockers by the clubhouse pool.

Which buildings are newly refurbished? Also, which pool area has the kids pool? Do both main pools have a bar/grill?

The Plaza del Sol pool (Copa Loca) has the zero entry and more kid features. Both the Copa Loca and Clubhouse pools have bar/grills.

Are there any Walmarts or grocery stores near by?

We go to the Super Walmart on Turkey Lake Rd. Take a right out of Grande Vista, then a left on Central Florida Pkwy, go under the I4 bridge and then you will dead end in to Turkey Lake/Palm Parkway. Turn right. Walmart will be on the left about a mile and a half up.

Is there a business center where we can get on the internet and print tickets if we need to?

Not sure about a business center. I think you have access to the business center at the Renaissance SeaWorld. At Grande Vista they have a computer room where you can pay for internet access. They should also have one where you can print your boarding passes for free.

Thank you for any help!

You can also check in on line using Grande Vista wi fi then print your boarding passes at the airport kiosk. My family did this in January at Grande Vista. I was flying Delta and the rest were flying Southwest. No problems.
