Hello everyone! I need some advice/instructions and any and all is appreciated. We have a TS home in Las Vegas at the Grand View Resort. It's through RCI and available anywhere with the points system. I have rented it out before to someone and added a name certificate. I need to to talk to someone who has experience through this process for open date rentals (exchange vacations, extra vacations, last calls, etc) at any of the properties. Please help and let me know if you have some time, thank you!

Once you are using rci for anything other than your home resort booked as your home week (no exchange fee), rci rules prohibit you from renting. If you want to help out friends and family and they want to pay you back on the side that is between you and them. Regardless of what the sales person told you or what you might see others doing, reserving exchanges or rental vacations through rci and using a guest certificate to rent out is expressly prohibited and can get your rci account suspended and any confirmations cancelled without any compensation. So looking for ways to rent for profit on an open forum is not a good idea.
