We're at Grand Timber Lodge, Breckenridge, CO, on a bonus week from SFX. They're still in developer sales and currently have at least three promos going. In exchange for taking a 90 minute tour you can (1) buy one 4-day lift ticket for $99 and one 4-day lift ticket for $139 or (2) get a $75 in-town dining credit or a $100 GTL credit or (3) have two free nights of lodging at GTL.
The lift ticket is good at Breckenridge and two other ski areas. It isn't a 4 out of 5 day ticket, but four one-day tickets during this ski season with President's Day weekend and some dates in March blacked out. You can pick up your voucher before the tour, but if you then don't show up, they charge your credit card retail price for the tickets.
The two free nights is part of an owner referral program. I'm not an owner, so I couldn't help you out with that.
