We have owned our unit for 22 years and have the deed for a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath every other year at Grand Timber Lodge in Breckenridge, CO. It can also be used every year as a lock off. HOA fees are paid for this year, but are $740 per year. We can no longer use it due to our age/location. We are looking to give it away. If you are interested please contact me here. The parent company is Interval International and the unit can be traded for other places in the network. We have traveled to places like Aruba, Lake Tahoe, and Cabo on trades in the past. This is an even year, floating Fall/Spring week. The resort was completely renovated in 2004 and can be used to park/hot tub/etc during ski season if you are close. We have never paid for any other fees except the HOA at this resort. Managing company is Breckenridge Grand Vacations and there is NO fee for this service.
