Have too many timeshares. Giving 'em away. Have two of the Grand Seas units. Have others in Daytona area (various sizes).

Grand Seas recently became part of Exploria (I don't know if that is good or bad).

If you want, you can propose anything you wish (make me 'pay' for you to take them or ?????). For instance, if you take two of my timeshares prior to December 1st I may pay for one of the 2016 maintenance fees for you!

If you have a gulf coast FL or lower East Coast FL timeshare (prefer very close to beach) that you want to trade (either float or Feb/March week) let's talk trade!

Fees on Grand Seas in 2015 were $940 (includes m/f, reserves and taxes)
