Grand Pacific Resorts -- Looking for More Information

I'm looking for any additional information about this management company. In your opinion, how is their performance as a management company? They may be bidding on a management contract for a resort in which I'm interested. TIA for any help anyone may be able to provide.

I've been happy with my Grand Pacific Palisades. Maintenance fees are not the cheapest but I certainly feel like we get our money's worth. Owners can also join GPX for exchanges or buy cheap bonus weeks.

Obviously each resort is a little different. We were at GPP in July. This resort is great for kids. They have a nice kid's pool and splash play area. There is also a separate adult pool. They always have lots of free kid's activities as well, such as making loom bracelets. For a nominal fee they also have bird house painting, root beer floats, and ice cream sundaes. They also had a free outside movie night (the movie Sing). They provided blankets, popcorn and juice boxes.

GP replaced Wyndham as resort manager at Kauai Beach Villas. Wyndham eventually seized the contract back. I was on the BOD for a portion of the time that GP was manager. I thought they were doing an admirable job. There is a KBV sub forum under the Hawaii forum that you may want to search or peruse for details.
