Guest had to cancel 2 week trip because of illness.
1 bedroom 2 bathroom sleeps 5. Full kitchen, living room. dining area. Wading pool on the balcony or patio. This condo is very large for a one bedroom I believe the website says over 1000 sq ft.
I will take a reasonable offer. The resort also charges 75.00 resort fee this covers Internet Access, Pick up from Airport to Resort, Fitness Center Access, Daily maid service, local phone calls, Internal resort transportation.
This an absolutely gorgeous resort. Check out their website www.grandmayan.net
Airfare is pretty reasonable from the Midwest right now just get creative, go late or come home a day early. I will be in the area to help you find added nites if needed.
