Group going to Grand Mayan in Feb.I have been to the resort a few times, but it has been a few years ago.
The exchange is through SFX and the paperwork states there is a 75.00 additional fee you pay at the resort I understand this fee is now changed to all exchange companies. Paperwork says the fee is for internet and airport transport one way, but gives me no email address or phone number to send our flight times to. Does anyone have that?
Also the state tax can someone give me an idea how much that is.? In previous years it seemed like it was 21.00 for the week.
We have 2 people in our group that are disabled and use either a scooter or a wheelchair. Will it do me any good to request buildings 1-4?

TIA
Jules

The concierge desk email is available on their website. I don't have it handy, but will be there myself from February 6, 2016 to the 21st. If you are there, we should make arrangements to meet up.

If it's SFX, the instructions are on the PDF that SFX sent you.

It's on the first page of the confirmation, in the Directions paragraph, the last 2 sentences tell you whom to email and how many days in advance.

Or at least it is on my last 5 exchanges.
