Grand Luxxe NV II exchange code: SVILLA

Hello, I just exchanged for a Grand Luxxe LX2 1 bedroom unit on II, and the description said it had a full kitchen (as designated by the large K), a full stove, 11 foot refrigerator, and that it sleeps 2 people privately, 4 people total. When I got the confirmation email the code was SVILLA.

I was concerned that this code might indicate a studio unit rather than a true 1 bedroom villa. Does anyone know what the SVILLA exchange code represents at Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta vs. the SUITE code on my previous 1 bedroom exchange there? Is SVILLA better or worse than SUITE?

If it's called a villa, it should either be a 1 BR Villa or a 1 BR Presidential Villa; there are no other units called villas there. Neither has an oven, although they have cooktops, which might be what they mean by stove. The 1 BR Presidential Villas are in the Punta building and have smaller refrigerators, which I believe are 11 cubic feet, so I think it would be one of those. If that's it, the location is better than most suites though it's a toss up for me on the comparable useability of the kitchens. If it's a regular villa it's in the same locations as the suites and larger.
