Grand Luxxe Fee If You Buy Resale

I was told by a Grand Luxxe salesman that I would be charged 10X the maintenance or approximately $20,000 dollars to become a part of their program if I bought a Grand Luxxe 2 bedroom unit on the resale market. Is this true?

Erm likely no.
There may be fees on the way in but maintainance is maintainance is maintainance and is billed according to the deeds / ownership docs.

It depends what is written in the original contract .
but - pretty much - likely he was not lying

I will defer final judgement to : Pittle & Mikenk who both own GL

PS- I believe there is one for sale on TUG marketplace for $ 30 K where the owner hints at an outline
to avoid this problem and would also allows for transfer of original contract addendum benefits (ie - MF only due on use - golf stuff etc. )
