If I can get 105k points at Grand Desert at a penny a point from a reputable seller, do you all think that's a good price in light of the bottom falling out of the price of these points? I'm debating on whether to jump on this or wait it out for possibly a better deal, but want to be realistic. I'm lured in by some of the low prices on ebay auctions, but have also had some frustrations with these auctions. Guess I just wanted to bounce it off some of you and get a little advice....

Penny a point is a good rate and it's unlikely to go lower (not that it couldn't but your pretty safe). Grand Desert is a great home resort and FSP overall at resale is a great system.

I'm actually, just trying to beef up my points. Have 2 other contracts and this will put me at 308k which should be plenty for us. My first I bought from Fairfield for about $12,000+, the second I did have the good sense to buy resale and now looking to add just one more. I'd love to pick up one of these really cheap ebay buys, but I guess for higher demand/lower MF resorts, that may be a long shot. My hubby says I've done the research and if I feel like its a good deal, he trusts my judgement. I just don't want to end up regretting it in the morning:doh: .
