We will be in Las Vegas in May. I'm looking for good tours to take while there. We have already done the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. Looked at vVator tours and saw a day trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon which sounded interesting. Anyone have suggestions for good tours to see sights outside Vegas?

We enjoy the drive through Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire. Both interesting with some easy walking. The Concierge should be able to recommend good tour packages as well.

For the Grand Canyon, Pink Jeep Tours were great and they have other tours. Check with the concierge. Can't speak to location specifically other than already mentioned above. The Mob museum downtown was very interesting as was a historic walking tour of downtown.

I can't imagine trying to see Zion & Bryce in the same day and drive from Vegas and back. Just the driving would be over 8 hours there and back. I can't imagine you would get enough time at either park to really enjoy it. I guess if you don't want to hike or anything its workable, but seems like a lot for one day to me.

This would have to be an overnight from Vegas if we were going to do it. It might be better to do either Zion or Bryce. You are right that it would be a lot for 1 day.

Gotcha! That would make it more manageable. I flew into Vegas in June and rented a car and went to Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Cedar Breaks and the Grand Canyon North Rim in 3 days. It was too much for only 3 days, so I didn’t get to hike at Bryce at all, but I loved it. Great Trip!
