GRAND CAYMAN - Morritt's Tortuga 1BR Oceanfront

Update on FREE oceanfront 1BR unit at Morritt's Tortuga Club
Well....the couple who wanted my unit has decided not to take it after all, so if anyone is interested in an annual OCEANFRONT unit in Grand Cayman, here are the details again:
*1BR annual usage at Morritt's Tortuga Club (www.morritts.com)
*Unit is in the wooden building that was totally gutted/renovated after Hurricane Ivan in 2004
*Floating weeks 1-50
*Sleeps 4 privately
*Unit is owned free and clear
*2012 MF's are $815 and have been paid (we are using the 2012 week)
*New owner will begin usage in 2013
I am cleaning up our timeshare "portfolio" (blame it on eBay!!!!) and something has to go.
Please PM me if you have any questions or would like our unit.
