Location
Ohio
Resorts Owned
Morritt’s Tortuga, Morritt’s Seaside, Royal Dunes, Marriott Surfwatch, Marriott Grande Ocean, Moon Palace
The transfer fee is $375. It is a right to use, no closing company needed. The paperwork provided by Morritt’s is pretty straightforward. The Wealdstone building was just renovated. I own at Morritt’s also. Cayman hasn’t reopened to tourists yet but we are hopeful for 2021.
