Just depends on the Beach Club. When we went in 2018, the answer was no - unless you took the update. Other times, exchangers have been allowed to use it. If it is high season, the likelihood of getting to use it is less than in slow season.
The kitchen has a 4-burner cook-top, a microwave and then 2 under-counter refrigerators under the island. We used one for food and one for beverages.

The freezer sections of the under counter refrigerators are about 6" high. I large zip lock bag and put ice in these so that we would have some for beverages.
