True lockout. Kitchen in the 2 BR was a little smaller then i would like for a 3 BR lockout although kitchen in the 1 BR lockout was larger then I expected.

Good morning. How is the weather in Fl ? Phase 1 units are true lock out units and are much large than the Phase 2 units.

It is a chilly 34 in Coastal VA.

Only if you have chance check out Mystic Dunes and tell us how many buildings have been redone?

It looks very nice. I have respiratory problems, so for me it's important the place to be clean and the ventilation systems to work well. I will check for any recommendations on the Internet as well.
