hello all,

Im pretty sure that this question has been asked before, but I cant find it in the forums. Till when is the last day to pay maintainance fees for HGVC(specifically HGVC Flamingo Las Vegas?) Do they give a grace period of 30 days or 60 days, and is the last day of payment Jan 31(as far as I can recall)

hope that someone can answer this question.

Thanks!

We missed the deadline one time and had a penalty added on to our bill right away, so I guess, we didn't get any grace! :)

My Seaworld said 60 days grace period, but my Bay Club affiliate said 30 days.

You may have a different for each property. It says it on you bill.

Bay Club is due Jan 1 with a 30 day grace period. If you get your online account you can see the bill online and pay your MFs online.

I just paid mine. for HGVC @ Hilton LV and HHV, it's 40 days, Seaworld is 60 from 1/1. Of course, Flamingo will probably be different.

If you just bought resale, I would not worry about it.

My sale happened at the end of one year (around Thanksgiving), and I did not get a bill till March! I had called up and asked about it since I knew the deadline was Jan 1 and I did not want additional charges tagged on to it - but the agent said - no, your account shows 0 due, so you cant make a payment.

In fact, if I remember right, the club fee of $90 was charged first - around March - and the actual MF came about a month later. I got a bill in the mail for both, and it showed up online.
