Good Week????

Hello,
I have a fixed week 52 (new years) in Westgate Lakes in Orlando. Is this a good week to rent out? Is this a good week and place at all?

52 is a good week to rent, but because Florida has more supply than demand, it probably won't command huge prices.

Did you check the rental websites to see what the going rate is?
I'd check-
Craigslist
Redweek
TUG Marketplace

The week is good, however, I find that most Orlando guests are very resort specific. They are typically looking for Orange Lake, Vistana, Marriotts, etc.

If someone is actually looking for your resort you will have no problem. If not and being that the resorts are listed in alphabetical order on most sites, someone will have to go through A LOT of listings in order to stumble upon yours.

I am not trying to dissuade you. Just sharing thoughts from personal experience.

I just found out that my week is fixed/ float. They told me @ westgate that I can move it to any week I want with some exeptions of course, Any recomendations?

Yes - holiday weeks rent the best: Christmas, New Year's, and Easter week are prime rentals.
