I know things are uncertain now, but is it a good time to get beach house for almost nothing? Wk 23, I believe that’s 2000 Pts. Mainly to use other hyatts, not BH necessarily.

We own a Beach House unit, and like the property. I think it’s the most family oriented of the three Hyatt properties on Key West. If you are just using it for points, it seems to work well for that too because the maintenance fees are lower than some of the other properties you may think about trading into. MVC recently became the management company and increased all maintenance fees, you may want to review the most current maintenance fees. Week 23 is 2000 points.
