I am thinking about purchasing a resale, 2BR Mayan Palace either in Nuevo Vallarta(first preference) or the Marina. Looks like prices are all over the place. I am looking on EBAY and a few resale sites. What would be a great price for everything for one week annually, red time, including fees, and MP transfer fees. I seem to remember seeing some great prices. Since we can afford to wait, and really don't need another TS, would just like visit there yearly since we can only trade every four years.
