I recently bought a resale on ebay for $2. Its a 2 bedroom, 2 bath lockoff unit in Kittyhawk, NC. Maint Fees are $490.00. This is an odd years usage TS, so maint fees are only due on year of usage. The TS also comes with 56,000 bi-annual RCI points. Any other questions let me know.

Are you sure?

A minor point, certainly, but in my own experience with previous EOY ownerships, the mf's were still billed every year --- but only in half the amount of an annual use mf for that particular year...
