Gone for a month and groceries went up

Just back home after a month. Went to the grocery store to find milk has gone up 30cents/gallon !
My sister in law volunteers at a food bank in western Minneapolis, they have regular older ladies that come for assistance in supplies.
I looked at Peets coffee and left it on the shelf as that was up $2 for a10 ounce bag!

Have you stopped buying certain things because of price?

Fritos. Can’t justify +/- $4.79 for a bag of Fritos at Albertsons. Fritos “should” cost around $3. Used to occasionally be on sale 2/$5. Bought genetic tortilla chips again Friday, even though tortilla chips are a completely different animal than Fritos. But they work as salty crunchiness next...
