We'll be at Marriott's Ocean Club the first week of September. I see that Divi resort has a nine-hole course with twilight rates after 3 pm. I'm wondering if it's worth taking our clubs. We love to golf, and it would be nice to be able to play several times on this trip. And we don't need perfect conditions -- something equivalent to a competent muni is fine.

Both golf clubs have rental clubs. Tierra del Sol is a great course with 18 holes and some cool wildlife. Divi is 9 holes and usually in good condition.

And both are EXTREMELY WINDY! Makes Texas golf look calm! I'm a golf addict but will never take my clubs again. But, as stated, both courses are very nice.

Our good friends who accompany us to Aruba each year are avid golfers. They played a few times years ago and found the courses fine, but the conditions poor. They leave their clubs at home and now bring snorkel gear only :)

Thanks. We're flying Southwest so may bring our clubs.
